Pinay teen celebrity actress Rhian Ramos who just got 18 last October 3 was very proud to cover the front page of Cosmopolitan magazine on their October 2008 issue.
“Being on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine is a great way to show and tell people, ‘Hey, I’m a young adult now. Treat me like one,’” pinay teen actress said.
